Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility and suitability
Treatments are provided to clients aged 18 and over only. Please bring photographic ID to your first appointment; we are unable to treat, or refund, anyone who cannot verify their age. All treatment is subject to a consultation and to the practitioner’s professional judgement, and we may decline or defer treatment where it is not clinically appropriate or not in your best interest.
2. Consultation and consent
Treatment proceeds only with your informed, written consent. Please tell us about any allergies, medications and relevant medical history at your consultation — this is essential for your safety and allows us to treat you appropriately.
3. Bookings, deposits and payment
A deposit is required to secure every appointment and is applied to the cost of your treatment. Because your appointment time is held exclusively for you, deposits are non-refundable, but they are flexible — see cancellations below. Full payment is due at your appointment unless agreed otherwise.
4. Cancellations, changes and no-shows
- you may move your booking to another date with at least 48 hours’ notice, and your deposit transfers with it;
- cancellations or changes within 48 hours, and arrivals more than 20 minutes late, may forfeit the deposit;
- missed appointments without notice (“no-shows”) may forfeit the deposit and require a new deposit to rebook.
5. Aftercare
Your practitioner will explain aftercare in full and provide written guidance. Following it is an important part of your result. If you experience any reaction or complication, contact Clinic 8 immediately — we will always see you and advise you.
6. Results and complications
Aesthetic results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed, and more than one session may be needed. Recognised risks and complications are explained at your consultation and managed in line with our clinical policies.
7. Refunds
Because aesthetic outcomes vary and cannot be guaranteed, fees for treatment properly carried out are not refundable. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care, please raise it with us as soon as possible so we can review it and, where appropriate, arrange a follow-up.
8. Liability and insurance
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Clinic 8 holds appropriate professional and medical malpractice insurance, and all treatments are carried out by a qualified, NMC registered nurse and independent prescriber.
9. Complaints and governing law
If you have any concern about a treatment, please email hello@clinic8.uk with your treatment details, date and any photographs, and we will respond promptly. Prices and treatment availability may change from time to time. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
